An Ayurvedic herb propounded by ancient Indian medicine, Ashwagandha is considered a general treatment for everything, from hiccups to menstrual woes. Ayurvedic practitioners believe that Ashwagandha possesses aphrodisiac, rejuvenating and life prolonging properties.
